Upasana Education Trust is founded by Mr. Dipti Ranjan Mishra to provide quality, accessible vocational training for rural communities in Odisha.
Founding of Kalinga College of Commerce in Bhubaneswar — the first residential commerce college in Odisha, expanding our educational offerings.
Appointed as an official Project Implementation Agency (PIA) under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana scheme, initiating large-scale residential training facilities.
Started delivering short-term certifications and RPL initiatives under the flagship Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana scheme.
Collaborated with Bosch India, Tech Mahindra Foundation, and state tribal societies like OTDS, extending training scope to healthcare and solar installation.

Founder & Managing Trustee
An educator and visionary leader who founded Upasana Education Trust in 2003. In 2005, he established Kalinga College of Commerce in Bhubaneswar — the first residential commerce college in Odisha. Under his leadership, the trust has grown to train over 19,000 candidates.
Director of Operations
Oversees the day-to-day operations of all training centers across four states, ensuring quality delivery of government and CSR-funded skill development programs.
Head of Training & Development
Leads curriculum development and trainer certification across all programs. Ensures training quality meets NSDC and Sector Skill Council standards.

Manages corporate partnerships and placement drives, maintaining relationships with 100+ employers across India to ensure high placement ratios for trained candidates.
