Upasana Education Trust has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with leading corporate foundation partners to launch the "Stree Shakti" Women Empowerment & Digital Skill Initiative.
The program aims to provide hands-on vocational and digital literacy education to 1,200 young women across Ganjam, Mayurbhanj, and Khordha districts.
Key Pillars:
- Self-Employment & Micro-Enterprise: Training in industrial sewing, handicraft packaging, and boutique operations.
- Financial Technology: Smartphone banking, digital payment security, and e-commerce marketing.
- Seed Mentorship: Connecting graduates with self-help groups (SHGs) and government credit subsidies.
