SMART program trains the youth from economically weaker sections from urban communities with requisite employability skills through a structured skill development training program, ensuring that they are placed in suitable dignified jobs. The program places great emphasis on foundation job skills such as Spoken English, Basic IT and Workplace Readiness. Upasana Education Trust is in association with Tech Mahindra Foundation is providing training in Health Sector skills on General Duty Assistant (GDA) and Pharmacy Assistant.
